With more than 38 years experience in not-for-profit fundraising, for employers ranging from small national organizations to large local institutions, Geannine brings to the table a wealth of experience and breadth of knowledge crossing all aspects of not-for-profit development.
Achieving the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 1998, she has proven knowledge of the field of development.
Respected by her professional peers, Geannine was awarded the inaugural Career Achievement Award by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Maryland Chapter at its 2022 National Philanthropy Day in Maryland Celebration.
Nathan Hale Award
On May 27, 2026, Geannine received the inaugural Nathan Hale Award from the Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation (DIMF) for transformational volunteer efforts that resulted in significant increases in funds raised to further the organization's mission.
